岗位职责
一、人设IP打造与内容策划：
1、主导短视频全流程制作(选题策划)，主导以IP定位框架为准，需要参与审片拍剪:
2、设计符合人设定位的短视频内容(如:故事化场景植入、产品、用户痛点解决方案等)，提升账号辨识度与用户粘性;
3、跟进后期制作，提出专业指导意见，保证视频的风格调性；
4、擅长拆解对标帐号的能力(定位帐号)。
二、数据监督:
- 制定账号短期爆款计划与长期IP成长路径，对播放量、转化率等核心指标负责;
- 结合数据监控情况，优化IP的内容方向，多测试内容框架。
岗位要求
1.有过剧情或创始人IP的相关短视频编导经验，有完整账号从0到1案例(附作品集+策划案加分);
2.网感强，脑洞大，对热点敏感，乐于尝试不同短视频风格。
软技能:
擅长拆解爆款视频框架，刷对标能快速找准定位。
加分项:
-会潮汕方言、熟悉潮汕文化、了解潮汕习俗，有食品行业，熟悉潮汕小吃的优先考虑；
-冲浪5G选手，对抖音/视频号/快手/小红书等，爆款规律有深度洞察。
