1. 从事大规模预训练模型（LLM）研究与应用，包括但不限于多模态、训练任务优化、下游任务迁移、知识融入更新、模型性能提升、问答机器人等；
2. 利用协同过滤、深度学习等前沿技术，支持商品搜索、推荐等业务。
岗位要求：
1、计算机、数学或统计学相关专业硕士及以上学历，具有2年以上自然语言理解或者搜索推荐算法相关工作经验；
2、在搜索推荐、自然语言理解、深度学习等领域有一定的研究，了解算法背后的实现原理，熟练使用pytorch/tensorflow等至少一种主流深度学习框架，能够独立实现或应用落地前沿模型；
3、对LLM、多模态学习有深入理解和实践，有模型预训练、模型微调方向经验者优先
4、具备搜索推荐、问答机器人、知识图谱等相关项目经验者优先；
5、具备良好的工作责任心、逻辑思维能力、沟通协作能力、自我学习能力，保持对新事物新技术的好奇心。
