1、设备维修/管理相关工作经验2年以上。
2、数控机床或加工中心相关维修工作经验。
三、知识技能：
1、精通机械传动、液压、气动原理。精通机械制图，熟练使用CAD、 SolidWorks或CATIA
2、具有机械故障分析和解决的能力，并具有较强的动手能力。
3、熟悉TPM、LOTO，精益生产理念。
4、工作态度积极，认真负责，吃苦耐劳，具备团队精神，具有一定的沟通能力。
四、岗位职责
1、支持车间维修，与生产、工艺对接，进行车间维修改善，疑难故障处理。
2、协助备件管理，整理备件清单，制定*库存；并跟踪备件采购进度。
3、编制设备安全操作、保养、点检等SOP。
4、根据故障统计分析，制定改善计划并实施。及时更新设备保养计划及保养项目。
5、根据年度KPI指标，跟踪月度OEE,DOWNTIME,MTTR,MTBF等，确保达到各项指标要求。
6、据EHS要求，定期检查，识别设备安全风险，并进行整改。
7、主导车间大故障抢修，协调资源以*短时间恢复生产。
8、负责新设备技术规格书编制与整体方案审核。
9、组织安全、工艺、质量、生产相关人员对新设备进行评估和验收。
10、定期更新KPI统计表格及看板设备信息。做好润滑，点检，安全等目视化工作。
11、制定年度保养计划，主导并协助车间维修技术员对设备进行月度，年度保养。
