岗位职责：
1、视觉定位子系统设计与开发：负责换电站内视觉定位子系统的架构设计、软件开发与集成，包括相机选型、标定、图像采集与处理流程。
2、算法研发与实现：开发基于深度学习融合视觉、激光测量数据的定位算法，实现高精度的特征点检测、模板匹配、三维点云处理等功能，用于车辆型号识别、电池仓/电池包的精确定位（6D姿态估计）。
3、性能优化与稳定性提升：对视觉算法进行持续优化，以满足换电流程对实时性和精度的要求。解决复杂光照变化、局部遮挡、车辆姿态多样性等现场挑战，确保系统的鲁棒性。
4、系统集成与测试：与机器人控制、车辆通信、安全监控等子系统工程师紧密协作，完成系统联调与集成测试。
5、编写详尽的测试用例，在模拟环境和真实换电站现场进行大规模测试与问题排查。
6、技术文档撰写：编写设计文档、接口文档、测试报告等技术资料。
7、售后技术支持：负责处理售后运营过程中出线定位子系统的质量问题，持续迭代和提升。
任职要求：
1、学历与经验：计算机科学、机器人学、自动化、电子工程、应用数学等相关专业本科及以上学历。本科毕业有2年以上或研究生期间有基于Python的计算机视觉或机器人视觉项目开发经验。
2、扎实的技术基础：精通Python编程，具备优秀的代码设计和调试能力，熟悉面向对象编程和常用设计模式。熟悉主流计算机视觉库。熟悉至少一个深度学习框架：如Yolo、 PyTorch 或 TensorFlow，并有实际的模型部署经验。熟悉相机模型、内外参标定、立体视觉、手眼标定等基本原理。
3、个人素质：具备出色的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性的技术问题充满热情。良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，责任心强。
4、有以下经验从优：
1）有在换电站、仓储物流AGV、工业机械臂等场景下开发视觉定位系统的实际经验。
2）有基于Yolo的视觉定位项目落地经验，特别是在工业自动化、机器人引导、精密测量、自动驾驶等相关领域。
