3、具备扎实的数据库查询能力，熟练编写 SQL 基础操作及复杂查询，掌握查询性能优化（索引设计、执行计划分析等），熟悉主流数据库的查询语法差异；
4、熟悉使用 Prometheus、Alertmanager、SkyWalking 等开源监控工具，熟悉 Kubernetes 架构与核心组件，掌握容器化应用监控方案，能独立开发自定义Exporter、监控插件或数据处理脚本，满足特定业务指标采集需求； 5、熟悉大模型等 AI 技术在通信场景中的应用与实践经验；
6、理工科专业专科8年本科5年及以上工作经验，具有 IT 系统监控经验者优先；
