3. 高可用保障：关注线上系统全链路健康度，通过性能优化与架构治理，保障服务高可用与数据完整性。

【任职要求】
1. 熟练掌握 Python 及 Django框架，具备扎实的计算机基础。
2. 熟练使用 MySQL，理解索引、事务与锁机制，了解 Redis 等缓存技术。
3. 熟悉 Linux 开发环境与 HTTP 协议，具备初步的系统级问题排查能力。
4. 具备良好的面向对象编程思想，了解 DDD 领域驱动设计，追求高质量、可维护的代码。
