岗位职责（AI应用）：
1、负责公司部分信息系统的设计、开发、测试、部署及二次开发与优化，保障系统稳定运行，并为业务需求提供持续的技术支持。
2、能独立运用Python完成数据处理（excel等互联）、模型调用、接口开发等全流程开发任务。
3、熟悉大模型应用相关技术，包括RAG、Agent及工作流编排；了解语言模型与多模态模型的原理与使用，并具备API服务封装与对接能力。
4、负责AI应用相关支撑技术与解决方案的集成研发工作，并完成对应的技术实现。

岗位要求：
1.自动化、计算机专业本科及以上，性别不限；
2.熟练掌握Python编程语言，能利用框架独立完成建站等开发工作；
3.了解AI Agent基本思想，能够配合完成AI Agent相关项目的基础开发与落地工作；相关开发工作经验3年以上，有agent搭建经验（dify、coze）；
4、熟悉Linux系统和容器化，熟悉集团信息化技术架构；
5、熟悉 PostgreSQL/MySQL/Sql sever 等数据库，具备良好的数据库设计和优化能力。
