任职资格：
1.机械工程、力学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历；
2.具备三年以上仿真分析相关经验，熟悉结构力学、动力学、热学、流体力学等领域知识；
3.具备一定的仿真流程与数据管理、多学科优化等工程应用经验；
4 了解或掌握以一项或多项下专业领域知识：
1）熟悉有限元建模与仿真等相关理论知识，掌握ABAQUS、HyperWorks、ANSYS、NASTRAN等其中一款或多款CAE工具进行建模；
2）掌握CATIA、NX、Solidworks、Core等其中一款或多款几何设计工具；
3）具备一定的CAE二次开发能力，熟悉Python、Tcl/Tk、Fortran等编程语言；
5. 具备较强的分析问题和应用软件解决问题的能力；
6. 具有团队合作精神及科学、严谨的工作作风；
7. 具有良好的职业道德素质和工作责任心；
8. 具备较强的自学能力，善于沟通和思考；
9. 能够适应频繁短期出差；
10.熟悉虚拟试验、多元异构模型集成、仿真数据及流程者优先。
