8. 熟悉分布式应用系统的相关框架及技术，熟悉Spring Cloud等微服务框架，有容器/微服务、中间件、开源大数据、基础云服务等技术积累和实战经验；
9. 具备软件设计能力和文档编写能力，在编码规范且对自身有较高的要求，对于新的技术有较高的学习热情；
10. 对工作有很强的责任感和很高的热情，适应在压力下的工作、良好的团队协作精神；
11. 有责任心，有较好的计划与执行能力,具备良好的沟通能力；
