任职要求：
1. 编程基础扎实，有5-10年的开发经验；
2. 熟练使用Git、SVN、Maven等项目管理工具；
3. 熟练使用Mybatis,Hibernate,SpringMVC,Spring,Spring Boot, Redis；
4. 熟练使用Oracle，MySQL数据库系统；熟练运用Sql语句；
5. 熟练使用HTML5、Css3、JS,Jquery，EasyUI，Bootstrap前端开发；
6. 精通Eclipse开发工具使用；
7. 精通Restful接口开发（高级工程师)；
8. 熟悉各种总线协议和通讯接口，如GPIO、I2C、SPI、RS232、RS485、CAN、USB、以太网，WiFi等，并能完成相应的软件开发工作；有通信协议栈，无线网络等方面知识的优先；
9. 熟悉分布式应用系统的相关框架及技术，熟悉Spring Cloud等微服务框架，有容器/微服务、中间件、开源大数据、基础云服务等技术积累和实战经验；
10. 具备软件设计能力和文档编写能力，在编码规范且对自身有较高的要求，对于新的技术有较高的学习热情；
11. 对工作有很强的责任感和很高的热情，适应在压力下的工作、良好的团队协作精神；
12. 有责任心，有较好的计划与执行能力,具备良好的沟通能力；
13. 要求理解SOA或微服务架构；熟悉消息队列等中间件；
