岗位职责：
1. 作为团队核心开发，参与到新金融平台的后端设计研发工作，包括但不限于各种产品需求讨论、技术方案确定、技术研发及产品上线。
2. 为前端提供可靠稳定的API服务，讨论并制定接口规范，提高前后台工作效率。
3. 通过梳理和抽象，沉淀通用性的平台或服务能力，发现和解决存在的技术问题，并在具体的业务场景中进行验证推广。
4. 主导技术难题攻关，持续提升系统稳定性和高并发处理能力，扫除技术风险。
5. 我们期望未来的你对业务有自己的思考，或者对系统架构设计有独到的认知，能够为团队带来新的视野。

任职要求：
1. 10年以上Java开发经验，本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。金融行业经验优先。
2. 具有丰富的系统分析与架构设计实践经验，熟悉高性能、高并发、高可用性、高扩展性系统架构设计，熟悉微服务架构，精通常用设计模式和设计原则。
3. 精通JAVA，熟悉JVM调优；精通SpringMVC，Spring，Mybatis等开源框架并熟悉其实现原理，熟悉多线程编程。
4. 熟悉并理解主流技术和中间件，如数据库、微服务、容器、消息队列、分布式缓存等。
5. 良好的沟通和业务理解能力，具有较好的学习、适应、解决问题的能力。
6. 对技术充满热情且具有钻研精神，对新技术以及行业动向保持敏感性。
