5．保持工作区的卫生清洁，秩序井然。
6．对客人行李寄存严格按程序办理并作好详细记录。
7．对团队行李的进出要仔细清点、文明搬运，做好签收和交接工作。
8．协助做好大堂寻人服务，放置大堂各类告示牌、报刊，并将过期告示牌搬至指定的存放地点。
9．当班结束，与下一班做好交接工作。
10、完成上级布置的其他工作。任职资格：1、旅游、酒店管理相关专业优先；
2、受过服务管理、酒店管理、酒店礼仪等方面的培训；
3、熟悉酒店各部门服务及管理流程；
4、一定的英文表达能力；
5、较强的组织、管理、协调能力；
6、良好的协调沟通能力
