客户端开发工程师 (双端开发 | 主Android方向)
1.负责Android基础框架的搭建与维护，深入底层原理，确保架构的通用性、稳定性和扩展性。
2.主导Android端开发工作；熟练利用AI编程助手（如Copilot/GPT等）快速上手并承担iOS端的辅助开发与维护工作；
3.负责三方SDK的深度对接与分析，具备逆向分析能力，解决底层Hook、自动初始化及兼容性难题（具备刨根问底的钻研精神）。
4.参与移动端疑难杂症的分析、定位与修复（如ANR、OOM、Crash），建立长效的技术保障机制。
5.负责责内部技术解答与流程分析，提供工程化的解决方案。
岗位要求
1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，1-5年Android开发经验；具备扎实的Java/Kotlin基础，代码风格良好。
2.熟悉Android系统特性，精通UI、View体系、Handler机制及事件分发原理；
3.精通Java内存机制（分配/回收），有丰富的内存溢出（OOM）分析与解决经验；
4.熟练使用性能分析工具（Traceview, Systrace, MAT, Profiler等）解决ANR及性能瓶颈。
5.双端经验/意愿：有iOS开发经验者优先；或者无iOS经验但具有极强的学习意愿，愿意通过AI工具快速补齐iOS技能栈（Objective-C/Swift）。
6.鸿蒙能力：熟悉或了解HarmonyOS原生开发；
