岗位职责：
1.生产计划：根据销售需求，工厂产能，良率及各项生产限制排定主生产计划，确认销售出货需求的达成；
2.主导生产计划的风险项目，并协调相关单位确定处理对策；处理紧急需求变化、物料供应变化，协调生产排程与销售出货。
3.管理各产品产销存，供应计划化；根据销售需求DP、结合生产产能、成品库存等排定POP；根据销售需求、生产计划、生产实际制定供应计划，并说明供应变化；
4.WIP&半成品存货管理：库龄管理，推动长库龄产品、异常库存去化；对于半成品制定合理库存水位，预防、控制及处理半成品呆滞库存。
5.生产异常协调处理：根据工厂实际生产进度，评估对DPS的影响，并与工厂、PC等协调，调整生产计划；及时处理各产品异常，新产品放量等造成的DPS需要紧急变化的情况。
职位要求：
1.专科毕业，3年以上相关工作经验，掌握生产运营管理和生产排程等相关知识，熟悉工厂制程、产能等技术，TFT-LCD行业尤佳；
2.熟悉office操作技巧、熟练操作EXCEL、良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力、抗压能力强
