岗位职责
1、负责公司工控、电源类产品多层PCB Layout设计工作，包含板层堆叠规划、整体布局、高速走线、功率走线、阻抗匹配、差分走线、散热布局，全面优化信号完整性、电源完整性与热稳定性。
2、深度配合硬件工程师完成原理图对接核对、PCB方案评审、叠层结构优化、EMC电磁兼容布局优化、功率回路优化，规避走线干扰、回路过大、阻抗不匹配等设计问题。
3、独立输出完整的PCB设计文件、工艺说明文件、SMT生产资料、板厂对接资料，全程跟进板厂生产、打样过程，及时解决生产工艺、制版适配问题。
4、持续优化PCB布局布线方案，规避信号干扰、局部温升过高、布线缺陷、工艺不良等问题，提升PCB板级稳定性、生产良率与量产适配性。
5、沉淀标准化Layout设计规范、叠层方案、布线准则，统一团队设计标准，提升PCB设计质量与效率。
6、完成领导交办的其他技术优化、技术对接等相关工作
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，电子、电路、自动化等相关专业，2年以上专业PCB Layout设计经验。
2、熟练使用Altium、Cadence、PADS等主流PCB设计软件，精通多层板、高速板、电源功率板布线规则，熟悉阻抗计算、叠层设计、SI/PI信号优化、EMC布局优化。
3、有工控设备、大功率电源产品PCB Layout经验者优先，熟悉功率电路、模拟数字混合电路布线要点与量产工艺要求。
4、熟悉PCB生产工艺、板材特性、制版规范，可独立解决设计与生产适配问题。
5、工作细致严谨、原则性强，具备良好的沟通对接能力与问题优化意识。
