岗位职责：
1、独立进行任务的评估，制定任务计划，并协调团队成员按计划完成任务；
2、系统的分析、设计、编码、测试与文档书写的工作；
3、对新技术展开全面深入研究，并将研究成果与团队成员分享，进行沉淀积累。
4、审核项目的过程文档；
5、指导低级别的员工工作，并能够带领他们进行研究、分析、设计、编码、测试与文档书写的工作；
6、针对具体问题，对已有流程提出修改建议；
任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，至少4年以上java/C#开发工作经验；
2.精通java语言，java基础扎实，精通io、多线程、集合等基础框架，精通分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制；
3.精通SpringCloud、SpringBoot、SpringMVC、SSH等框架开发；
4.熟练使用mysql、oracle、mongoDB、redis等数据库和中间件；
5.能够使用docker和k8s部署后台结构；
6.具有微服务、大数据开发经验、前端开发设计开发经验的优先考虑；
7.熟悉C#开发语言的优先考虑；
8.思维清晰有逻辑性，热爱编程，代码严谨，不断的追求新技术；
9.具备良好的分析问题解决问题的能力。
