任职资格
1.具备扎实的Java基础(JDK8forbid特性、集合框架、并发编程、JVM调优);
2.熟练掌握 Spring生态(Spring Boot、Spring Cloud/Spring Cloud Alibaba),深入理解微服务设计思想与架构原理;
3.精通关系型数据库,熟练掌握SQL优化、事务管理、分库分表设计，具备NoSQL数据库(Redis、MongoDB)实战经验;
4.熟练使用消息中间件(RocketMQ/Kafka/RabbitMQ)，理解消息投递可靠性、幂等性、异步通信等核心场景;
5.掌握分布式系统核心技术:分布式事务(Seata/TCC/SAGA)、分布式锁、服务网关(Gateway/Zuu)、链路追踪(SkyWalking/Zipkin)。
6.良好的自驱力、团队沟通和协同能力，较强的业务理解。吃苦耐劳,有责任心,执行力强。
7.有大型互联网、电商等高并发场景微服务项目经验者优先
