【工作职责】
1、负责公司自研产品线的开发，参与产品的沟通、设计、研发；
2、参与需求沟通与分析，负责详细设计、编码、代码Review、生产调优、故障排除等工作；
3、参与新技术的研究，能够独立快速完成技术预研、实施上线；
4、完成公司制定项目的交付，并保证稳定上线。
岗位基本需求
1. 计算机相关专业本科或以上学历，1年以上JAVA开发经验；
2. JAVA基础技术扎实，具有运用相关技术排查、优化线上性能问题的实战经验；
3、掌握SQL开发、SQL调优，至少熟悉Oracle Mysql DB2其一；
4. 熟悉常用后台系统开发框架和中间件，包括消息队列、缓存、ES、mybatis。具有利用相关组件完成复杂链路设计、调优的实战经验，以及相关组件复杂问题的排查经验；
5. 对技术具有浓厚兴趣，了解docker、k8s，乐于自驱学习各类开源组件源码、JDK源码、技术架构方法论；
6. 工作积极主动，不畏困难，用于承担。

三年以上工作经验的优秀人才薪资可面谈。
