在TikTok上通过关键词、竞品账号、热门话题等渠道，批量筛选与产品品类匹配的达人（KOC/KOL）。
通过TK私信、邮箱、WhatsApp、Instagram、YouTube、Facebook等方式联系达人，介绍合作模式（样品置换+佣金），争取对方同意带货。
记录达人地址，安排样品寄送，跟踪物流签收，并督促对方在约定时间内发布视频。跟进达人短视频或直播的产出进度，把控内容质量，确保产品卖点准确传达;协助达人优化脚本和话术，处理内容修改、延期等突发问题，确保合作按计划交付，提升视频转化率。
负责达人合作效果监控与复盘，跟踪内容播放量、互动率、进店UV、转化率、GMV、ROI等核心数据，定期输出复盘报告，优化合作策略，对达人进行分级管理(S+/A/B/C级)，沉淀高转化合作方法论
维护已合作的达人，促成二次、三次带货，建立长期达人库。
任职要求：
1、熟悉TikTok生态，了解常见的达人合作术语（佣金、免费置换、一口价等）。
2、性格外向，沟通有耐心，能接受一定比例的拒绝。
3、熟练使用Excel或飞书表格做达人信息管理。
4、有TK达人资源、英文沟通能力或电商BD经验者优先。
