岗位职责：
1、根据项目的需求分析和技术方案设计，独立完成业务模块的开发和维护。
2、负责开发框架和开发流程的搭建、维护和改进。
3、协助完成项目的测试、系统交付工作，对项目实施提供支持。
能力要求：
一、4年及以上Java后端开发工作经验，有电力行业 / 电网物资供应链项目经验者优先。
二、核心技术栈：
1.精通 Java 开发语言，熟练掌握 JDK8 + 特性，熟悉 JVM 调优、多线程、并发编程；
2.精通 SpringBoot、SpringCloud、SpringCloud Alibaba 微服务架构，熟练使用 MyBatis/MyBatis-Plus、Spring Data JPA 等M 框架；
3.熟练使用 MySQL、Oracle 等关系型数据库，精通 SQL 优化、索引设计、事务管理；了解 Redis、MongoDB 等非关系型数据库；
4.熟练使用 RabbitMQ/RocketMQ/Kafka 消息中间件，掌握分布式锁、分布式事务、限流熔断等分布式解决方案；
5.熟悉 Nacos、Eureka、Gateway 等微服务组件，了解 Docker、K8s 容器化部署，熟练使用 Git、Maven/Gradle 等工具。
