能力要求：
1、本科以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上工作经验，AI项目相关经验；
2、熟练使用Python编程语言，有实际项目落地经验;
3、熟悉主流大模型API（通义千问、OpenAI、Claude、Gemini等），熟练掌握大语言模型（LLM）原理和架构;
4、熟悉Prompt Engineering、Agent或AI Workflow设计，熟悉主流数据采集、标注、清洗、分析工具使用;
5、熟悉语音识别/文本机器人、NLP、ChatGPT等方面know-how知识。
