3、负责WEB/APP/H5小程序的后台开发优化及架构升级；
4、负责业务的快速迭代与实施，能够迅速解决问题。
5、负责软件设计、开发过程中相关文档、说明书的主导和组织编写；
6、有效建设和管理团队，带领团队整体技术能力提升；
7、指导团队成员的日常开发及相关工作，解决开发中的技术难题；负责与集团其他部门、外部三方的需求沟通工作

任职要求：
1.良好的编程习惯，良好的团队协作意识与沟通理解能力；
2.扎实的计算机科学基础和丰富的软件开发经验，解决开发过程中遇到的问题；
3.计算机或相关专业本科学历以上，1年以上开发及团队管理经验。
4.熟练使用php，python，mysql，thinkphp6.0以上版本
5.熟悉软件开发生命周期和敏捷开发流程。
6.具备良好的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力。
