工作职责
1. 基于Python、PySide6、Playwright技术栈，参与RPA自动化工具的核心功能开发与业务流程编排，支撑跨系统自动化场景落地。
2. 负责RPA需求的全流程生命周期管理，包括需求分析、流程设计、代码开发与调试优化，解决复杂场景下的流程稳定性问题。
3. 运用LSTM、XGBoost、LightGBM等算法完成机器学习模型的构建，覆盖数据预处理、模型训练、效果评估与迭代调优全流程。
4. 探索Claude Code、Cursor等AI开发工具的应用场景，通过工具链整合提升团队开发效率与代码质量。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上软件开发经验。
2. 精通Python语言，熟练掌握FastAPI/Flask/Django等Web框架，具备RESTful API设计与开发能力。
3. 熟悉LangChain/LangGraph框架，有智能体（Agent）或复杂LLM应用开发经验，掌握Prompt工程、工具调用、RAG等核心技术。
4. 具备机器学习算法实践经验，能独立完成模型训练、调优与部署全流程。
5. 熟练使用Git、Docker等工具，具备DevOps意识，能快速适应技术迭代。
6. 有金融、政法、医卫等行业经验者优先，具备良好的团队协作与跨部门沟通能力。
