3、数据库基础扎实，熟练使用MySQL、PostgreSQL等数据库，能编写和优化复杂SQL语句。
4、熟练使用Redis、Es、kafka、Docker等。
5、具备良好的系统分析能力、抽象思维和逻辑思维能力，能独立分析复杂问题和解决问题。
6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够承受工作压力；有强烈的自我学习和成长欲望。
