安卓应用软件工程师

【岗位职责】
1，车载安卓应用开发：负责智能座舱系统（IVI、仪表、HUD、后排娱乐等）的安卓应用开发，包括但不限于：车载信息娱乐系统（IVI）应用（导航、音乐、车辆设置、空调控制等）。多屏互动（中控屏、仪表屏、副驾屏、HUD等）功能开发。语音交互（如对接车载语音助手）、车联网（T-Box/V2X）相关功能开发。车机互联（Hicar、Carlink、FlymeLink）相关功能开发。平台适配层交互（CarService、AdaptApi）相关功能开发。
2，系统适配与优化：使用Profiler工具优化应用性能（启动速度、内存占用、多任务调度），确保车规级稳定性。使用Linux指令调查相关应用问题。适配不同车机硬件平台（如高通、瑞萨、恩智浦等芯片方案）优化应用性能（启动速度、内存占用、多任务调度），解决车载环境下的特殊问题。
3，安全与合规开发：遵循功能安全和网络安全标准，确保应用符合车规要求。实现驾驶模式下的防分心设计，如限制复杂交互、语音优先等。
4，跨团队协作：与UI/UX团队协作，优化人机交互（HMI）体验，符合软件设计规范。与底层系统团队（FrameWrok、BSP、MCU信号层）对接，完成信号的集成。支持测试团队进行HIL、实车路测，确保功能可靠。

【任职要求】
1，本科及以上，软件、计算机、电子信息等相关专业。
2，至少5年以上车载安卓应用开发经验（Java/Kotlin）。有AAOS或QNX开发经验优先。
3，车企、Tier1或智能座舱方案商工作经验。熟悉汽车行业开发流程和质量标准。
4，有良好的沟通交流能力，主动学习，对座舱产品未来发展有技术兴趣和追求。
5，工作认真负责，在过往的工作中有良好的口碑和评价。
