工作职责
1、负责功率类半导体物料(分立器件 &IGBT模块)失效的TOP问题分析与解决;
2、负责TOP问题失效分析的回归与闭环，提升内部客户满意度;
3、负责功率类半导体物料的失效分析平台建设(硬件&软件);
4、负责部门失效分析专业培训与能力提升，
5、质量数据分析:通过售后服务质量数据及返修质量数据中快速识别出共性问题，主动专项分析。
6、产品改进提炼:通过产品故障数据分析、失效品分析、现场故障分析，提炼产品改进点，推动产品快速改进。
7、产品售后问题支持;承接产品市场疑难问题的升级，电话/现场等处理产品现场应用问题。
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，机电一体化、自动化、电子技术等专业
2、熟悉相关器件知识，对行业内的供应商有一定的了解，能够对该类器件进行平台规划和布局:
3、有电气类失效产品分析工作经验，具备失效分析平台建设能力；
4、熟悉伺服、变频器现场应用经验有IGBT，整流桥，接触器，风扇等大功率失效分析者优化;从事变频器、电源行业工作1年以上者优先。
5、能接受现场出差，分析解决现场问题。
