岗位职责
1. 与产品/前端/测试紧密协作：参与需求评审、技术方案设计与拆解、按期高质量交付。
2. 业务建模与实现：合理的领域划分、接口与数据表设计、编码与代码评审，沉淀可复用的业务组件。
3. 稳定性与可观测：完善日志、埋点、监控与告警，快速定位和修复线上问题。

岗位要求
1. 精通 Java、Spring Boot。熟练使用常见的中间件并了解其原理（如Dubbo、Redis、Mysql等）
2. 有扎实的业务开发经验：能把复杂业务规则抽象为清晰的数据模型与服务边界。
3. 并发与高可用有实战：理解幂等、事务边界、重试/补偿、限流与降级等常见策略。
4. 性能优化经验：会做 SQL 与索引优化、慢查询治理、基本 JVM/GC 观察与调优、容量与压测。
5. 熟练使用 Linux 与常见问题排查；
6. 具备良好的沟通协作与文档习惯，结果导向，能在压力下独立推进问题闭环。
