岗位职责：
体系搭建与合规管理：制定并完善工厂EHS管理体系，确保各项制度、程序及操作符合公司标准，并全面遵守菲律宾劳工法规、环保法令及ISO、OSHA等国际安全规范。
风险排查与事故预防：定期组织现场巡检、安全审计与风险评估，识别潜在隐患并落实预防整改措施；主导事故、未遂事件调查，推动纠正与预防措施的有效执行。
培训演练与文化建设：策划并开展EHS培训、安全宣导、应急演练及承包商安全教育活动，持续提升全员安全意识，营造主动安全的工厂文化氛围。
环境与危废管理：监督工厂内部废弃物处置、危险化学品管控及环境保护相关工作，确保各项活动符合环保法规要求。
对外协调与审核应对：负责与当地政府监管部门及外部审核机构沟通对接，配合完成EHS合规检查、许可审批及审计工作。对接当地环境部门，负责环评ECC报告的申报。
数据报告与管理建议：定期编制EHS运行报表，汇总安全绩效数据，向管理层提交合规状态分析及改进建议，为决策提供支持。
任职资格：
本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化学工程、机械工程或其他相关工程专业优先。
5年以上EHS相关工作经验，其中至少3年在制造型企业担任EHS管理岗位。
有光伏行业工作经验，有海外工作经历优先，英文能作为工作语言，接受外派。
