岗位职责：
1、负责产品项目的UI设计、创意策划和表现工作；
2、参与产品规划构思和创意过程，并收集分析用户对于产品的需求；
3、分析业务需求和用户研究来完成界面信息架构，流程设计和原型设计；
4、对产品进行优化，提高用户体验设计，使用户操作更趋人性化；
5、根据项目定位及平台的用户群分析，提出构思新颖、有吸引力的创意设计；
6、与相关各个部门密切配合、协调产品、设计、研发、测试、运维、推广等部门共同推进项目的研发和推广。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，艺术设计类、心理学类相关专业；
2、5年以上相关工作经验；对各种常用软件有强烈兴趣并有灵敏触觉，富有创造力和激情，并有动手实践的良好习惯；
3、较强逻辑思维能力，熟练掌握业务需求分析、产品需求分解的技巧；
4、有责任心,对工作积极主动，良好的学习能力和领悟能力，能承受较大的工作压力；
5、个性乐观开朗，善于与他人积极有效的合作；
6、具有一定的审美和视觉设计能力,对交互设计过程有深入的了解，可以独立完成整个设计过程；
7、熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、Sketch等页面原型设计工具；
8、熟悉切图。
