岗位职责:
1、负责EHS(环境、健康与安全)管理体系的建立与维护，确保符合国家和地方相关法规要求;
2、组织实施EHS风险评估与隐患排查，制定预防措施，降低生产过程中的安全风险;
3、组织EHS培训，提升员工安全意识和应急处理能力，确保全员参与安全管理;
4、监督并改进EHS管理流程，包括但不限于货品管理、设备安全、职业健康等;
5、协调内外部资源，处理突发事件及事故调查，提出有效的改进建议，防止事故重复发生;
任职要求:
1、本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、医药等相关专业优先;
2、5年以上EHS管理经验，有医药行业背景者优先;
3、熟悉EHS相关法律法规，具备ISO14001、ISO45001等标推行经验;
4、优秀的沟通能力和团队管理能力，能够在高压环境下做出果断决策;
5、持有国家注册安全工程师资格证书者优先考虑。
