岗位职责：
1、负责开发部门的开发管理及技术管理工作，承担公司产品开发和维护；
2、承担开发任务，模块设计、框架搭建，完成和实现功能需求；
3、参与产品需求分析并参与技术实施方案设计，并对产品需求给出明确的开发计划和方案；
4、对公司产品核心模块进行技术优化，负责技术攻关，解决技术难题，以提升公司产品的质量；

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5年以上项目开发经验（含Java，C#，Python)；
2、熟练掌握Java类库及框架，熟悉开源框架SpringBoot、SpringMVC等；
3、熟悉使用MySQL、Linux操作系统；
4、熟悉JavaScript、CSS3、HTML5等前端技术；熟悉主流Web浏览器的开发模式和特性；
5、熟练掌握Python语言，熟练使用Python常用模块和服务器技术相关模块；
6、熟悉HTTP协议，能开发符合RESTful设计思想的接口；
7、良好的代码注释习惯，能条理清晰的撰写开发文档；
8、善于团队沟通和协作，逻辑思维能力强，能快速胜任工作；
9、有中大型项目开发经验，对架构设计和性能优化有深入理解者优先；
