我司主要做金属装配式建筑类产品（建材、户外用品类）
【岗位职责】：
1、负责开发google、bing、yahoo等平台的账户优化推广运营挖掘客户，海外广告投放以及数据分析，根据广告表现调整广告投放策略，管理广告账户，优化账户设置，提高广告转化率，控制好广告ROI，
2、如果有Facebook, Twitter，LinkedIn、Instagram、YouTube、LinkedIn、WhatsApp、TikTok等社交媒体推广挖掘客户经验更佳；
3、负责公司独立站运营，共享服务器维护及数据备份、职员工作邮箱管理；
4、负责广告方案的拟定，包括编写广告文案，创意，吸引用户点击，并根据广告表现进行实时优化；
5、与销售团队密切配合，实时监控广告投放数据，分析推广情况，提供数据报表、并收集汇总各类信息，及时发现并处理广告账户存在的问题，及时反馈问题进度；
6、负责日常广告投放效果的监控，独立进行数据分析，评估投放效果，总结投放问题并解决，
7、按时完成周报、月报，做好数复盘和广告优化。
【任职要求】：
1、大专以上学历，英语水平良好，英语CET-4以上，一年以上FB/谷歌广告投放经验；
2、具备较好数据敏感度，熟悉竞价广告的系统逻辑，具备较强的数据分析能力。
3、对网络营销有自己独特见解
4、具备良好的沟通能力，主动思考，善于发现问题并解决问题；
5、具有较强的学习能力，愿意接受新鲜事物及挑战；
6、具有敏锐的数据分析能力，从数据中发现问题，并找到问题解决办法；
7、能够熟练使用Excel等数据处理工具。
