2、具备企业应用系统开发与架构设计经验,对当前流行的技术、开源框架有清晰的认识以及独到的见解，掌握struts、springMVC、mybatis、hibernate、spring、spring boot 、spring cloud等主流框架的开发和配置经验；
3、熟悉至少一种应用服务器中间件的使用、配置和管理，如Weblogic、Tomcat等
4、具有丰富的数据库开发经验，熟悉Oracle、Mysql等一个或多个主流数据库;
5、熟悉面向对象的分析和设计技术，有较强的分析和设计能力，熟悉设计模式、UML建模等，掌握powerdesigner、rational、visio等设计软件；
7、具有ERP、WMS、MES等企业管理软件开发经验者优先考虑；
