岗位职责：
1. 参与公司核心电商业务（如商品、订单、支付、营销、用户中心，ERP等）的后端系统
开发与维护。
2. 编写高效、稳定、可复用的PHP代码，并参与代码审查，保证代码质量。
3. 在导师指导下，进行数据库设计、优化和性能调优。
4. 学习并参与使用消息队列、缓存、微服务等技术解决实际的高并发、海量数据问题。
5. 协助团队排查和解决线上故障，保证系统稳定运行。
6. 学习并实践前沿技术，并应用到项目中以提升开发效率和系统性能。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业。
2. 熟悉PHP语言，理解面向对象编程、设计模式等基本概念。
3. 了解至少一种主流PHP框架，如Laravel、Yii、ThinkPHP等，并有使用经验（课程项目
、个人项目或实习均可）。
4. 掌握MySQL的基本使用，了解索引、事务、SQL优化等基础知识。
5. 具备优秀的学习能力，对新技术充满好奇，并愿意深入钻研。
6. 良好的沟通能力、责任心和团队协作精神。
