岗位职责
1.负责MES核心模块的设计、开发与持续优化，涵盖生产执行、工序报工、物料、质量追溯、设备数据采集、SPC等功能。
2.参与MES蓝图及制造模型设计，负责MES与ERP、WMS、QMS、MOM等系统的接口集成与数据贯通。
3.负责企业内部业务系统及数字化工具的全栈开发，完成前后端、API及数据库的设计与实现。
4.独立或牵头推进中小型数字化项目，负责需求分析、方案设计、开发测试、上线及培训等全流程交付。
5.持续优化系统性能、稳定性及技术架构，推动DevOps、自动化测试及AI能力在业务系统中的应用。
任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、信息管理等相关专业。
2.3年以上软件开发经验，有MES/MOM/ERP等制造业系统开发或实施经验优先。
3.具备全栈开发能力，熟悉Vue/React及Java、Python、C#、Node.js等至少一种后端技术。
4.熟悉MySQL、Oracle、SQL Server等数据库及SQL开发，具备数据建模和性能优化能力。
5.熟悉RESTful API、WebService、消息队列等系统集成技术，有ERP/MES/WMS/QMS集成经验。
6.具备独立承担模块或中小型项目的能力，能够完成需求分析、方案设计及项目交付。
7.了解LLM、RAG、Agent等AI技术，有AI应用或工程化集成经验者优先。
8.有MES/MOM从0到1建设经验、制造业背景或熟悉用友NC等系统者优先。
