一、岗位职责：
1.厨师长为所在门店后厨*责任人，负责厨房日常管理及工作安排，确保厨房正常运营。
2.负责督导、跟进后厨团队严格执行产品SOC和SOP标准、公司QSC管理体系，以及各项后厨管理规定。
3.负责每日原材料预估及下单，组织人员做好原材料验收工作，监督后厨人员正确进行食材处理和加工，确保菜品出成率、毛利率。
4.负责厨房各档口、各岗位人员工作巡视并指导纠正，把控烹饪节奏，确保在标准时间出餐。
5.负责在出餐高峰期对菜品和出品质量进行检视，协助炒锅进行菜品烹饪。
6.负责对菜品相关客诉进行分析处理，提出并落实改善方案。
7.负责做好厨房食品安全、人员安全、设备安全、水电气安全、消防安全等管理工作，杜绝安全事故。
8.负责后厨员工的招聘和培训管理，传达公司会议和文件精神，关注人员思想动态，建设团结稳定的工作团队。
二、任职资格：
1.热爱餐饮烹饪行业，认真负责，人品端正，严于律已，具有精益求精的工作精神；
2.熟悉中餐后厨管理工作标准和流程，熟悉中餐菜品的烹制流程和操作要求，个人烹饪水平优秀；
3.能准确进行原材料出成率和菜品毛利率把控，能按要求组织落实公司产品SOC和SOP工作手册；
4.具有良好的沟通、组织、协调能力，以及员工招聘和培训能力，能进行后厨团队建设和人员培养。
