工作职责:
1、负责eMMC产品线的技术支持工作；
2、验证和测试 eMMc产品在客户平台的相容性和稳定性；
3、对市场和客户反馈的异常问题进行现场分析并处理；
4、协调内部研发、测试、质量等资源，快速高效解决客诉问题，提高客户满意度及公司形象。

任职资格:
1、本科及以上学历，有1-3年以上的电子产品售后工作经验，或研发技术岗（硬件或嵌入式软件）经验；
2、有存储相关知识更佳，比如了解Emmc、NFlash；
3、抗压能强、有较强的表达沟通能力；
4、熟悉固件测试、可靠性测试、硬件测试优先；
5、熟悉linux、windows操作系统、bios配置、系统日志分析，熟悉各类嵌入式平台优先；
6、具备电烙铁、热风枪、万用表、示波器、协议分析仪器等工具优先；
7、具备独立编写失效分析报告的能力。
