岗位职责：
1.负责相关业务模块的需求分析、方案设计、开发实现与上线部署；
2.负责线上环境运维，独立排查并快速解决线上故障；
3.按照规范完成代码开发、文档编写及业务建模；
4.配合团队完成接口联调、项目迭代与技术优化。
任职要求：
【学历】：本科及以上学历，计算机及相关专业【经验】：3年以上 Java 开发经验，基础扎实，具备良好的抽象思维能力
【知识技能】：
1.Java基础扎实，精通IO、多线程、集合等基础框架，熟悉JVM原理；
2.熟练使用Spring、Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流Web框架；
3.熟练使用MySQL、MongoDB、Redis，熟悉RabbitMQ、RocketMQ、Kafka等MQ中间件；
4. 掌握常用设计模式，具备面向对象思维，可独立完成业务建模；
5.逻辑思维强，具备良好的问题分析、归纳与解决能力；
6.有工作流、分布式架构经验优先，有高并发、高性能Web开发经验优先；7.责任心强，学习能力突出，对技术方案和代码质量有追求；
8.沟通协作良好，抗压能力强，做事严谨细致、精益求精；
9.本岗位为国有企业驻场，需服从驻场管理要求。
