岗位职责：
1.收集国家、省市及地方政府关于安全管理方面的法律法规，及时了解法规变化，评估对公司安全管理的影响，并及时提出应对措施；
2.负责公司新、改、扩建项目的安全“三同时”手续办理和风险评估，做出专业判断和建议，确保公司项目建设的合规性；
3.负责执行和落实全员安全生产责任制度，分解公司安全目标指标至部门及岗位，制定行动计划和专项工作方案，参与安全事故的调查和分析，提出事故原因和防范措施，制定相应的事故整改措施，确保公司年度安全目标指标的达成；
4.负责制定和完善公司的安全管理制度和安全操作规程，确保其与国家、行业和公司的相关安全标准相符；
5.负责建立和维护公司的安全管理体系，包括流程和标准的制定、培训和审查等，确保安全管理体系的有效实施；
6.组织和开展安全评估，包括对生产设施、工艺流程、原辅物料、作业环境等进行安全风险评估，提出改进意见；
7.监督和检查各部门的安全工作落实情况，组织和参与隐患排查，及时发现和纠正现场安全隐患及员工不安全行为的情况；
8.负责安全培训和应急演练工作，制定培训计划和应急演练计划并组织实施，提高员工的安全意识和应急能力。
任职资格：
1.大专及以上学历，安全工程相关专业优先；
2.3年以上安全工作经验，有锂电池或相关行业经验优先；
3.注册安全工程师优先；
4.熟悉安全相关法律法规，熟悉安全管理体系相关要求；
5.具备风险评估和隐患识别相关能力，能够独立开展安全培训和应急演练组织策划，熟练使用办公软件；
6.沟通协调组织能力较强，能协调和处理安全事故的调查和处理。
