6.收集客户现场产生的需求和bug，反馈到研发团队；
7.对客户进行案件成果汇报。

岗位职责
1.做好案件服务工作，帮助客户进行数据分析并有相关的结果；
2.提高客户粘性，主要表现在客情关系维护和快速的事件响应；
3.产品需求和优化，定期收集客户对于产品的建议以及使用中出现的问题，及时反馈给产品团队；
4.新技术方向和突破，在实际做案过程中想到的好的思路以及日常自我学习挖掘新的技术思路和产品；
5.客户协同分析，针对客户给出的线索进行分析，输出相关结果
8.对客户产品及能力进行培训；
9.配合销售团队做技术支撑，线上、线下支撑；
10.配合项目团队实施落地。

任职资格
1.大专、本科及以上学历，计算机、网络安全相关专业；
2.会做信息收集，做过相关web端渗透测试；
3.做事条理性强，具备分析能力，有较强的沟通能力；
4.对网络安全攻防技术具有浓厚的兴趣，立志于该领域的发展；
5.快速的学习能力、良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
6.对IT技术有浓厚的兴趣，对新知识有快速的学习能力；
7.熟悉TCP/IP协议、网络原理、操作系统配置及运作的原理，具备规划、部署、调试中等规模以上网络的能力;
8.具备良好的客户服务意识及客户沟通技巧，任何情况下均能保持高价值的服务水准；
