工作内容：
1.针对客诉、RA不良、新产品不良、产线功能不良在规定时间见内展开专业失效分析，根据LCM显示的不良状况，对模组进行深入分析，包括PCBA、FPC、B/L、其他配件、TFT panel、IC、相关的电子电路设计及生产组装工艺，明确失效机理。
2.提供英文版专业的LCM失效分析报告，其内容应明确不良失效模式，阐明失效机理，分析步骤过程具有严格的逻辑性。
3.依据分析结论向产线或供应商提供相对的改善建议。
4.依据分析结论协助新品设计团队提高模组显示质量。
5.协助CQ向客户解释失效模式。
6.定期汇总各side退返品分析结论，对不良失效模式进行归类，为产线改善管控计划提供有力支撑，降低客户端投诉PPM。
7.工作地点:可选上海、深圳、芜湖
任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，材料、物理、化学、电子等理工科相关专业毕业，熟悉半导体器件工作原理。
2.三年以上TFT行业FA或研发工作经验。
3.了解TFT模组生产工艺各段制程。
4.了解产品功能设计的原理。
5.良好的英语读写能力。
