2. 核心能力：具备独立策划、执行和复盘校园营销活动的能力，熟悉高校外卖市场玩法，擅长用户运营与品牌推广。
3. 数据能力：具备良好的数据敏感度，可独立完成数据统计、竞品分析，商户诊断分析及投入产出比计算，能根据数据优化运营策略。
4. 综合素养：沟通对接能力强，执行力、抗压性突出，具备独立负责校区市场的统筹能力，目标感强，结果导向清晰。
