4、根据需求文档和技术规范，进行程序设计和开发，编写高质量、可维护的代码。

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业毕业。
2、具备3年及以上Android开发经验，拥有扎实的Java、Kotlin语言基础，熟悉面向对象编程思想和常用设计模式，熟悉Android SDK，深入理解Android应用架构和设计模式。
3、熟练掌握常用UI布局、控件、动画等，精通Android各种机型的分辨率适配和兼容性调试。
4、熟悉Android的线程机制、网络编程、通信协议、UI框架以及Jetpack工具包。
5、熟练使用MVP或MVVM等架构模式。
6、熟悉Android性能优化技巧，能够独立进行性能调优。
7、具备较强的独立解决问题的能力和独立完成App开发的能力。
8、具有很强的学习能力、责任心，以及良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
