具体要求：
1.1年及以上银行信贷开发经验；
2. 熟练掌握Java编程，熟悉微服务，掌握SpringBoot或SpringCloud等技术栈，对Zookeeper、Kafka、Docker、Tomcat、Nginx、K8s有一定的了解
3. 熟悉Linux，熟练掌握Git、Maven/Gradle、Shell、Idea等工具
4. 熟练使用Oracle、DB2、OceanBase、TDSql、Mysql、everdb其中的两种以上数据库；
5.同时掌握HTML5、VUE等主流的前端技术者优先；
6. 具有较强的抗压能力，思维敏捷，能担重任，有优秀的表达能力和很强的团队合作能力
7、熟练使用 AI 编程工具（Curs/ Copilot / Windsurf 等）辅助日常开发，能用 Prompt Engineering 提升代码质量与效率。
