3.按照导演的要求，根据剧本及动态storyboard，完成3Dlayout的布局，构图，打光，运镜，key shot、key pose，角色走位的制作与加工修饰
4.可以顺利的与导演组同事沟通工作，并实现导演的意图；
5.有过独立完成3DLayout游戏项目经验,UE项目、武侠项目优先；
6.有过完整的A级、S级三维古装武侠、仙侠类型番剧的视频制作经验；
7.对影视作品的理论常识，视听语言，构图技巧，运镜技巧，节奏和镜头连续性，有很好的理解，有观影习惯，有基本阅片量；
8.熟练掌握UE、MAX、MAYA等3d制作软件、熟悉PR、AE、达芬奇等其他后期软件
9.本科及以上学历（影视、数媒、动画相关专业优先）

工作职责：
1.根据导演组的需要开展3DLayout工作，正确理解导演的意图，能够正确识别动态分镜方案，领会分镜中的意图，并作出适合项目整体要求的补充完善；
2.接受导演的反馈建议，并按时保质保量完成工作任务；
4.根据项目宣传需要，能对游戏视频内容进行二次创作
