岗位职责：
1. 负责核心业务系统的设计与代码编写，对现有业务功能进行持续迭代，确保系统的高可用性、高并发和高扩展性。
2. 负责基于 Spring Boot 全家桶的应用架构开发与维护，深度优化核心组件性能，编写高质量、易维护的代码。
3. 负责基于 Elasticsearch 的分布式索引设计、海量数据高性能检索、DSL复杂查询编写及ES集群性能调优。
4. 配合大数据团队，负责业务系统与大数据平台（如 CDH、TDH 等）的数据对接、离线/实时数据处理逻辑开发及ETL数据流转。
5. 深度将 AI 编码工具融入日常开发流程，利用 Vibe Coding 模式进行快速原型构建、复杂逻辑生成、自动化单元测试编写及代码重构，实现研发效率的倍增。
