工作职责:
1.开发Java后端服务及RPA自动化组件
2.对接业务部门，设计端到端自动化流程
3.优化RPA脚本性能，编写技术文档
要求
1、热爱技术、有范围有深度或一专多通
2、Java科班出身，具有coding能力。
3、具备继续学习能力和领悟能力，有较高的技术敏感性
4、有英文文献阅读能力，需要接触*新的技术文档。
5、对半导体行业有较大热情。
入职会先进行一个月的培训，包来回交通费和住宿，培训期间3000元/月，培训结束分配到各用人部门分为30天/60天/90天考核期，会有导师带，每个考核期结束会进行述职会，90述职会不合格的学员将淘汰。考核期间工资范围5K，考核成功后薪资6K，试用期转正后薪资7K（实习出差也有出差补贴，出差补贴在薪资以外发放）
