3. 具备良好的面向对象编程思想，熟悉常用的设计模式，能够独立设计并实现复杂的业务逻辑；
4. 深入理解Android系统架构，对Android UI/UX设计、内存管理、性能优化有深入理解和实践经验；
5. 有容器或动态化框架开发经验，如小程序、React Native、RN挂件、WEB容器开发经验；
6. 有系统开发经验者优先，如launcher、systemUI，framework等等；
7. 具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作精神，能够承受工作压力，适应快速迭代的产品开发节奏；
8. 对新技术有强烈的探索欲望，持续关注Android技术发展趋势，具备良好的学习能力和自我驱动力；
9. 有良好的英语阅读能力，能够阅读英文技术文档和社区资料。
