岗位职责：
1. 参与项目需求分析，提供技术可行性分析；
2. 负责产品系统框架搭建和架构设计；
3. 负责功能模块设计和开发；
4. 解决项目中的关键问题和技术难题，以及系统的性能优化；
5. 维护和升级现有软件产品，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷；
6. 持续推荐系统技术架构升级，保证产品运行稳定，提升开发效率；
7. 开发相关文档的编写和整理。

任职要求:
1. 本科或以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业，3年及以上开发经验；
2. 至少有2个以上独立完整开发项目经验；
3. 精通SpringBoot，SpringCloud，Spring MVC, MyBatis等框架及整合；
4. 熟练使用Redis，Elasticsearch，了解Docker、RabbitMQ、K8s等；
5. 精通数据库设计，熟悉MySQL等主流数据库的设计和优化；
6. 熟练Linux操作系统安装与配置，熟练Apache/Tomcat/Nginx等服务的安装、配置工作；
7. 具有较强的系统架构能力、问题解决能力、性能优化能力；
8. 有较好的编码习惯和规范；
9. 具有比较强的问题分析和处理能力，有比较优秀的动手能力；
10. 热爱技术，精益求精。工作认真、严谨，具备较强的学习能力和责任心，能自我激励，善于沟通与团队协作。
