岗位职责：
1.体系建设：搭建集团EHS管理体系（ISO 45001/14001），制定战略规划、制度标准及年度目标。
2.合规管控：跟踪EHS法律法规，确保集团各基地合规运营，主导新建项目“三同时”评审。
3.风险排查：组织集团级安全检查，建立双重预防机制，督导重大隐患整改及事故调查处理。
4.职业健康与环保：监督职业病危害防控及废水、废气、危废规范化管理，推动节能减排。
5.培训与应急：制定EHS培训计划，组织应急演练，推进安全文化建设。
6.客户对接：主导主机厂EHS审核，推动不符合项整改。
7.领导安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1.学历：本科及以上，安全工程、环境工程等相关专业。
2.经验：8年以上制造业EHS管理经验，3年以上集团统筹经验，必须具有汽车零部件行业背景，熟悉主机厂审核标准，有集团统筹管理经验的优先。
3.技能：熟悉机械制造工艺（压铸、机加、涂装等）风险点，具备体系内审员证书优先。
4.素质：原则性强，具备系统思维、跨部门协调能力及抗压能力，能适应出差。
